On the first floor there is a family room, living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and one bedroom with a double bed and one with a pair of twins. Upstairs there are two full baths, one bedroom with bunk beds and a twin bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with a queen size bed. One of the baths is attached to this bedroom. The house is simply furnished. Outside there is a tennis court, two decks (one off the dining room), and outside shower and parking for up to five cars.
