In 2005
and 2007 the owners renovated much of the house, creating the
fourth bedroom with its own bath, king size bed, TV and a wet
bar. Combined with another downstairs bedroom furnished with
a queen size bed, sitting area and an attached full bath, there
are now two master suites in the house. They also created another
half bath on the first floor. Additionally, there is a second
dining area looking out onto enlarged deck and the back yard.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a pair of twin beds
and another with a pair of twin beds, sharing a common full
bath. There is an outside shower and plenty of yard for recreation.
The washer and dryer are located in the basement. The Town of
Edgartown has recently completed the bike path along Herring
Creek Road leading toward the village center and to South Beach.
We are pleased with the added amenities and decorating as a
result of the renovation. We also find the bike path a major
convenience. We recommend this home for your consideration. |
