Summer Retreat - Edgartown

This Edgartown contemporary is a good find: located near the bike path, on a private road with only a dozen other homes, a third of a mile from shopping, a mile or so to the village center, a mile plus to five miles of beach on the Vineyard's north coast. Outside there is a wrap around deck and another larger deck on the south side. There are sufficient trees to afford privacy but not to block the sun.
