MAINTENANCE:

Perhaps you do not rent out your real estate or already have a trusted rental agent under contract. At your or your agent's direction we will provide or arrange for the maintenance of your property.

• arrange yard care, trash collection, pest control, closings, winterizing, openings.
• arrange/supervise authorized repairs
• send Martha's Journal

$500 Annual Fee (Unlimited) or $150 retainer (3 Responses) then $50 each addt’l response

CLEANING:

• provide pre-season, mid-week, turn-over, and final closing, satisfaction-guaranteed-cleanings
  Price on Request.

SECURITY:

• provide interior/exterior inspections as arranged
  $700 Annual Fee or $50 per inspection.

RENTAL:

• advertise/screen/confirm bookings
• collect rent, retain deposits for exclusive listings
• arrange cleaning for exclusive listings
• forward net income
• supply year-end financial summary
• send Martha's Journal
