- +collect rent, security, cleaning deposits
- arrange pre-season, between guest cleanings, closings,
trash collection, yard care, pest control, winterizing, repairs
- provide regular interior/exterior inspections, special
storm checks
- assess condition of the property
- send Martha's Journal
- supply year-end summary
$1000 Annual Management Fee + 15% of Rental Income
As an added service for our TOTAL MANAGEMENT client, we
will, upon request, prepare your home for your arrival, even turn
up the heat or have a fire going in the fireplace. |
