	All homes have decks with views, ample outdoor furnishings, grills and outside showers, good TV reception but no cable, VCRs, radios and alarm clocks (though who would want a jangling clock announcing, "Get up! Get up! You sleepy head!" when vacations are for forgoing sirens and other demands?), ceiling fans with ocean breeze at no extra charge. Holpp Hill Estate is a fine find.
